Intesa Sanpaolo supports and promotes initiatives that integrate the environment, society, and the economy while adhering to ESG criteria. Through the renewal of this agreement, it provides tangible tools and tailored solutions to support various types of corporate investments that can have a positive environmental impact on processes, infrastructures, technologies, services, and products. The bank places particular emphasis on more complex investments to enhance sustainability and optimize energy costs through new technologies in renewable energy, biogas, biomethane, and energy efficiency interventions. Additionally, the institution offers specialized consulting services to facilitate access to grants and the implementation of complex projects, leveraging partnerships that can aid enterprises in their sustainability journey.

“We thank Intesa Sanpaolo for tangibly renewing its support for CIS-Cantiere Impatto Sostenibile, making it accessible to our companies. It is essential for us to share expertise on issues that concern the present and future of our sector” states Ottaviano De Biasi, president of the Ance Rovigo Treviso Section of Confindustria Veneto Est.

“The collaboration agreement between Intesa Sanpaolo, Ance Rovigo-Treviso, and Ance Venezia marks a significant step forward in strengthening the relationship between the banking sector and construction companies, directing us towards a sustainable transition. This agreement completes the CIS-Cantiere Impatto Sostenibile Protocol. Participation in the protocol—distinguished by its voluntary nature—is now incentivized by the support that Intesa Sanpaolo offers to our businesses wishing to engage in this project” remarks Giovanni Salmistrari, president of Ance Venezia.

“The range of proposals outlined in the collaboration agreement aims to facilitate a green transition in the construction sector, which—thanks to the efforts of organizations like Ance Venezia—has long been oriented towards redefining a business model centered on environmental sustainability and social responsibility.” “Our bank is committed to supporting sustainable transitions and fostering this culture within businesses. Through our ESG Laboratory, we assist companies in acquiring skills and identifying growth opportunities, in collaboration with distinguished partners.” “We reaffirm our collaboration with Ance Rovigo Treviso and Ance Venezia, providing our best solutions for the benefit of the entire construction sector” comments Francesca Nieddu, regional director for Veneto Est and Friuli Venezia Giulia at Intesa Sanpaolo.

“As a key bank for the economic growth of the territory, we have developed a wide range of tools to support companies in their growth and transformation processes. Especially in this uncertain context, investments in innovation and sustainability are crucial, and we reaffirm our financial support: in the first half of 2025, we disbursed approximately 2 billion euros to families and businesses in Veneto” concludes Cristina Balbo, regional director for Veneto Ovest and Trentino-Alto Adige at Intesa Sanpaolo.
