City Milano, marks the debut of chef Natale Giunta in northern Italy, located at the Tivoli President Milano Hotel. Nestled in Largo Augusto 10, just a short stroll from the Duomo, Teatro alla Scala, and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, it boasts a prime location near the prestigious Quadrilatero della Moda, between via Montenapoleone and via della Spiga. This venue has replaced the historic NH Collection Milano President and has been completely revamped under the guidance of interior designer Rodrigo Izquierdo, part of the luxury Tivoli Hotels & Resorts brand, founded in Lisbon in 1933 and now under Minor Hotels’ umbrella, which manages over 640 properties across 63 countries. The building is a representation of modern Milanese architecture, designed by the architects Luigi Figini and Gino Pollini, icons of Italian Rationalism.

“We wanted to introduce the new City Milano project in Palermo as well, to engage the territory where our company originated and is based – states Natale Giunta, chef and founder of four establishments across Palermo, Rome, and Milan -. We are promoting the name of Sicily in a healthy way, without involvement from banks or foreign investors. Our approach stems from the rich Sicilian culinary culture, focusing on high-quality ingredients, meticulous attention to detail, and unique locations that enhance our offering.”

Here are some key figures from the group established by Chef Natale Giunta, regarding turnover and employees, from the onset of Covid to now.
