Delegates from Albania, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Colombia, the United Arab Emirates, Ethiopia, Greece, Grenada, Equatorial Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Luxembourg, Mongolia, Oman, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, the Czech Republic, the Dominican Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Togo, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe, among others, will participate in this evening’s event “Champions of the World – Italy loves UNESCO.”
This initiative, organized by the Arena di Verona Foundation in collaboration with Rai Cultura and various ministries including Culture, Agriculture, Sovereignty and Food Security, Tourism, Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, as well as the Minister for Sport and Youth, will be broadcast live worldwide on Rai 1 from the Verona Arena at 21:30. The event will feature performances by Plácido Domingo, Serena Autieri, Vittorio Grigolo, Gigi D’Alessio, Sal Da Vinci, Serena Rossi, Massimo Ranieri, Gianni Morandi, and Patti Smith, hosted by Milly Carlucci and Paolo Belli.
