VITERBO (ITALPRESS) – The Lazio Gastronomy Fair, hosted in the historic 13th-century Complex of Santa Maria in Gradi in Viterbo, will wrap up on Monday, May 18, with a day dedicated to F&B operators.
Present at the ribbon-cutting of the fifth edition of Assaggi were the President of the Rieti Viterbo Chamber of Commerce, Domenico Merlani, the Secretary General of the Chamber, Francesco Monzillo, numerous institutional representatives, including Sandro Pappalardo, President of ENAV, and the renowned actor Claudio Amendola.
“This project, strongly supported by the Chamber, aims to highlight the work of businesses in Tuscia and Lazio that, through passion, experience, and tradition, preserve and pass down the culinary excellence of the region,” stated Domenico Merlani, President of the Rieti Viterbo Chamber of Commerce.
President Sandro Pappalardo acknowledged “the significant value of Lazio producers who are becoming increasingly recognized as ambassadors of the region’s excellence around the world.”
