ROMA (ITALPRESS) – In its role as a global partner for Special Olympics and Mobility Partner for the Special Olympics World Winter Games Turin 2025, Toyota has commenced the delivery of the first vehicles intended for the event, scheduled from March 8 to 15, 2025. The fleet is designed to meet the mobility needs of this prominent international event dedicated to athletes with intellectual disabilities, ensuring safe transportation with minimal environmental impact for stakeholders, staff, volunteers, and guests. This support aims to highlight the talent, determination, and capacity to overcome barriers, qualities that Special Olympics athletes embody with remarkable strength and inspiration.
The delivery ceremony took place at the Toyota Motor Italia headquarters in Rome, attended by Miroslaw Krogulec, Vice President, Sports at Special Olympics Europe Eurasia, Luca Di Cillo, Sponsorship Account Manager for the Organizing Committee of the World Winter Games Turin 2025, and Alberto Santilli, CEO of Toyota Motor Italia.
